As a nurse, I have seen devastating flaws in the U.S. healthcare system as well as its wonders in modern medicine. I have seen the evidence and power of non-pharmacological approaches as well as damaging knowledge and advice shared by well-intentioned holistic practitioners. Many integrative modalities and nursing practices are rooted in early traditional healthcare frameworks that the world has strayed away from. My goal as an integrative nurse is to help rebuild that bridge through safe and intentional cohesion.

Since beginning my nursing career in 2016, I have seen both spectrums. From working bedside at level-one trauma emergency departments in St. Louis & Manhattan, completing a botanical medicine apprenticeship, becoming a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher, initiated staff wellness programs in traditional hospital settings, volunteered at music festivals doing event medicine, was a nurse in an IV infusion/Ketamine Therapy clinic, participated in IRB medical research, became a level-two reiki practitioner, studied at the Integrative Oncology clinic at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, and am nearing completion with my Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree in Integrative Health and Healing. My robust professional experience leads me to offer a multi-faceted approach and offer a variety of integrative services.

Personally, I split my time between my home in St. Louis, Missouri, and with my partner in Denver, Colorado. I love being a dog mom, traveling, learning, and seeing live music.

I am simply here as a friend with a unique and educated perspective on health and healing.

Consider it wellness advice with a little edge.
